Creating endpoints ought to be synchronized by Camel.

However in Camel 2.9 onwards we use a concurrent hasmap which allows
creating endpoints concurrently.
- Switched to a better performing non locking endpoint cache based on
Google's ConcurrentLinkedHashMap.
