My namespace is 	

xmlns:cxf="http://activemq.apache.org/camel/schema/cxfEndpoint"
...
http://activemq.apache.org/camel/schema/cxfEndpoint
http://camel.apache.org/schema/cxf/camel-cxf-1.6.1.xsd

Which works fine when I have connectivity, but not otherwise.
