I guess it's caused by the stream is not been cached.
Please try to enable the streamCaching in your route like this
<route errorHandlerRef="deadLetterErrorHandler" streamCaching="true">
   <from ref="routerEndpoint"/>
   <to uri="http://localhost:8889/app"/>
   <multicast parallelProcessing="true">
                 <to uri="activemq:queue:log.out.A?requestTimeout=0"/>
                 <process ref="myProcessorOut"/>
   </multicast>
</route>
