Ah thats the problem you should add the interceptor before the from in
a seperate code statement:

public void configre() {
    // this is one code line for the interceptor
   getCamelContext().addInterceptStrategy(new MyFromEndpointInterceptor());

   // and here just insert the regular camel routing
   from(jbi....)....
}
