Yeah you can probably use a predicate something like this:

      <filter>
        <predicate>
          <methodCall ..../>
          <isEqualTo value="false"/>
        </predicate>
     </filter>

Using the predicate you have the usual equal, not equal, null, not
null, regexp etc. to test with.
