ActiveMQ does support wildcards when consuming, so you can do

<from uri="activemq:OUT.*"/>

Though wildcards tend to be used within the dots of a name. e.g. OUT.*
would match OUT.Books and OUT.Orders but not OUT.Orders.Beer
