Its similar to ACID is for database transactions.
Lookup ACID in wikipedia.

Basically in Camel you get a commit or rollback callbacks where you can do your custom code
if the transaction either commits or rollback.

I haven't quite yet understood the concept behind the term "Unit of Work" in
Camel. Is a Unit of Work a Route??
