Claus Ibsen commented on CAMEL-9008:
------------------------------------

Just a heads up that we will do a 2.20 release end of this month, so it would be good if you
can get the last bit done next week.

> Hi,
> We're building Microservices with Camel, predominantly producing from REST DSL components
and have got to the point where having an easy way to swap in GRPC [1] / Thrift [2] endpoints
and clients would be of great help.
> We wondered if this was already on the cards for a future release, and if we might be
able to work on it, and if not, if it would be something we could work on and contribute (with
guidance to smooth the design and implementation)?
> Kind regards, the Capgemini UK and Indian Camel teams
