You can use ${date:header.CamelCreatedTimestamp:yyyy-MM-dd-HH:mm:ss.SSS} to format a date
header. It would be usefull the format an exchange property in the same way ${date:property.CamelCreatedTimestamp:yyyy-MM-dd-HH:mm:ss.SSS}
