    Description: 
The SpanCollector should be looked up from the registry when one is not configured in the
tracer. This allows to easily switch from Thrift mode to Rest mode when communicating with
the Zipkin server.

The SpanCollector interface is now deprecated, so we should also support the Reporter interface
with the same lookup mechanism.
