Focus on @UriParam as those are used for the generated documentation and for tooling.

We may want to avoid having hyperlinks as those can break when we finally build a new website.
I wonder if we cannot add a phrase something like.

You can also specify time values using units, such as 60s (60 seconds), 5m30s (5 minutes and
30 seconds), and 1h (1 hour).
