I encountered the same issue.

I figured out a workaround:
{code:java}
from("cxfrs:bean:rsServer?bindingStyle=SimpleConsumer&resourceClasses=my.own.ResourceClass)
.removeHeader("Content-Length") // <!-- workaround.. just remove the incoming header so
it cannot do any harm
.bean(myBean, "myMethod") 
{code}

Is this workaround known to cause any side-effects though?
