Well, it says it expects an URI parameter. Valid URI has spaces escaped, that is per standard.
My use case is that I am using camel-beanio component that takes beanio mapping file address
as an uri parameter (and uses ResourceHelper). 
In my tests I inject spring Resource, call it's getUri and pass result to the component and
expect this to work. It works unless project is built in directory that has spaces ("Documens
and Settings" subdir in my case).
