Frankly the stream cache should NEVER have spooled to disk by default IMHO. 

It makes CXF / Camel look bad in load tests, as it drops performance by a great magnitude
due this. And people dont know why.
We should INHO turn off the disk spooling in 2.12. And make stream caching configuration much
easier, and expose how its configured and in-use when Camel starts. And have it registered
in JMX etc so people can see stats at runtime etc.
