Claus Ibsen updated CAMEL-4974:

                   camel-core
    Fix Version/s: Future
                   2.12.0

Yeah we should give this some thought.

We have a santize uri helper methods we use for the logs, so you wont see passwords. We may
use try to use that for JMX MBeans

> Hi,
> It would be great that there is an option that permits to hide or encrypt some information
displayed inside the jmx mbean.
> An example of use case:
> A software engineer that wants to inspect some problems with the performance in the JMX
console. For now he can see all the route uris that contains login/password in clear (mail-connector
for example). I think it is not a good thing for the security of the project.
> For me it's the same case as a database manager can't see the password inside the database
he manages.
> Except this one I think camel is a very useful and good project.
> Thank you.
