Preben Asmussen commented on CAMEL-6233:
----------------------------------------

Should be supported from 2.11 see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-5328
I wonder if the support can be extended to use the Spring properties notation $ with the BridgePropertyPlaceholderConfigurer
instead of {{}}

> BridgePropertyPlaceholderConfigurer does not support recursive properties (as Spring
property placeholder does).
> Given the following Spring properties file :
> {noformat}
> project.path=/project
> integration.in=${project.path}/in
> {noformat}
> If I use the expression {{{{integration.in}}}} in the from clause of my RouteBuilder,
I get an exception :
> {noformat}
> Invalid directory: ${project.path}/in. Dynamic expressions with ${ } placeholders is
not allowed. Use the fileName option to set the dynamic expression.
> {noformat}
