Claus Ibsen resolved CAMEL-5739.

    Resolution: Fixed

Now Camel validates on starting routes, that any custom assigned id's in the route models
is unique, which is a requirement. Any nodes with no assigned ids will use auto generated
ids, and thus no duplicate issues there.
