    Description: 
Apns Component should allow sandbox/prod environment variable in apnsServiceFactory.

apnsServiceFactory does not seem to allow setting Apple's APNS environment to anything but
production mode.
In addition, the certificatePath should allow an absolute path that is outside of the classpath
(web root)
