The issue for us is that we did not request a MapMessage and yet Camel was giving us one and
then throwing an exception when it wouldn't serialize -- not that we don't know the JMS spec
regarding map messages.  

This seemed like broken behavior, prior to reading the documentation for "jmsMessageType"
(thanks James for the suggestion).  That looks like it should work for us.  We'll give it
a try.
