       Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
    Fix Version/s:     (was: 2.9.2)

After a complete cleanup of the data folder, I don't have the issue anymore.

> If we create a route with a CXF endpoint programmatically:
> CxfEndpoint endpoint = new CxfEndpoint();
> endpoint.setCamelContext(camelContext);
> endpoint.setAddress(myAddress);
> endpoint.setWsdlUrl(wsdl);
> and register the route using
> camelContext.add(routeDefinition);
> the route is started and appears in the MBeans, but, in Karaf, routes:list doesn't display
the route (as OSGi service is not there).
