    Salesforce Maven Plugin Escape Strings

    Salesforce Maven Plugin doesn't escape strings when doing the `camel-salesforce:generate`
    This PR uses the _velocity escape tool_ in order to escape strings.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull salesforce-enum-escape

    Fixed typo in EscapeTools include. Added velocity-tools dependency
