Subject Support for several spring-test bootstrap mechanisms?

http://camel.apache.org/spring-testing.html says "When using Spring 4.1
onwards, you need to use the @BootstrapWith annotation to configure it to
use Camel testing, as shown below."

It would be nice to be able to combine the camel test-support with the
upcoming spring-boot release which brings support for @Inject'ing Mock
beans:

I guess the real limitation here is the spring test hooks - are there any
ways around the camel support?

Maybe we could have a camel version that extends the spring boot mechanism
in http://camel.apache.org/spring-boot.html to get the best from both
worlds?

WDYT? Any ways to go around this smoothly?
