    Hi,
    
    I added section "Books" and a link to the Camel in Action written by Claus Ibsen and Jonathan
Anstey for Manning Publications. We believe this book is a great resource and all members
of community will benefit from this information. If you find this inappropriate, please let
me know where I can publish it.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/slaven-s/camel patch-1

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/604.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
