Ok, ... so I'll run the release now off the old Google Code repositories.

Can anybody cross check if I have the appropriate rights on the GitHub
repository to commit tags? I've given it quite a few shots and it still
won't let me prepare the release from there. Just wanted to make sure we
are in a position to migrate.
