    Fix the logging event to use placeholders correctly.

    Logging events like `WARN  org.apache.camel.component.aws.sqs.SqsProducer  - Cannot put
the message header key={0}, value={1} into Sqs MessageAttribute` are not particularly helpful,
this change fixes the logging event to use the SLF4J placeholders correctly, displaying the
key/value that it could not add to the message.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/CandleCandle/camel master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/527.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
