Heads-up. I have just committed to Camel trunk for inclusion in Camel
2.11, an update to the Registry API in camel-core and associated
components.
Lukasz first suggest about having lookup|find naming style is IMHO
good. The former is for single bean / and the latter for 0+ beans.

In the OSGi world you may lookup in the osgi service registry using a filter.
Do we want to look into adding a option for filter in the Registry API
in camel-core, which then exposes this API to
other registries that is not OSGi based, such as Spring / JNDI etc.

Any thoughts?
