camel-bindy - Marshaling using CSV will insert wrong char separator if using an escaped separator
char such as a pipe
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CAMEL-4446
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-4446
             Project: Camel
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: camel-bindy
    Affects Versions: 2.8.0
            Reporter: Claus Ibsen
            Assignee: Claus Ibsen
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.8.2, 2.9.0

When using bindy in CSV format with a separator in the model as "\\|" to denote a pipe character,
then it does not work consistent for marshal and unmarshal. In marshal it will insert \ as
separator, but it should use | instead.
