> Downloading the manual from cwiki via https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CAMEL/Book+In+One+Page
is slow as confluence needs to render the page and such. It would be better to grab static
version from http://camel.apache.org/book-in-one-page.html which is much faster as its:
> a) pre-rendered (confluence is on a slow machine)
> b) not on https
> c) can take advantage of the geo-location (aka: grab from europe mirror if in europe)
> I'll submit a patch. On my machine, it drops the camel-module build time from 2.25
minutes down to about 40 seconds.
> It also updates maven-html-to-pdf to actually JUST grab the content div, not the content-div
and everything after it. That removes the confluence footer from the manual.
