OnException - In XML DSL should validate that one exception class has been specified, otherwise
it should fail
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CAMEL-3541
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-3541
             Project: Camel
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: camel-spring
    Affects Versions: 2.5.0
            Reporter: Claus Ibsen
            Assignee: Claus Ibsen
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 2.6.0

If you have
{code:xml}
        <onException>
            <handled>
                <constant>true</constant>
            </handled>
            <to uri="mock:error"/>
        </onException>
{code}

That should validate that an exception class has specified. As it should be.

{code:xml}
        <onException>
            <exception>java.lang.Exception</exception>
            <handled>
                <constant>true</constant>
            </handled>
            <to uri="mock:error"/>
        </onException>
{code}

The Java DSL also requires at least 1 exception class defined.
