Several of the Camel download directories have index.html files in them.

This means that the server will not list the contents of the directory.

It's not a good idea, as changes to the set of files are not reflected in the web view.

The directories are:

./camel/apache-camel/2.0.0/index.html
./camel/apache-camel/2.1.0/index.html
./camel/apache-camel/1.6.2/index.html

I've only checked 

http://www.apache.org/dist/camel/apache-camel/2.0.0/index.html

but that has two files in the directory which are not in the index file.

I suggest deleting the 3 index files. If you want to add header and foooter content, use the files HEADER.html and README.html as is done elsewhere.
