Like their similars in JBoss ESB, for example, the following methods could take a second or
third argument with default values to be returned when the header or property doesn't exist:

Exchange.getProperty
Message.getHeader

It would make 1) getting the property, 2) checking if it is null and 3) setting it to the
default value a single step.
