Camel FTP2 does not has an option to set the data time out on the FTPClient
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CAMEL-2160
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/CAMEL-2160
             Project: Apache Camel
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: camel-ftp
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0
            Reporter: Jörn Kottmann

The camel ftp2 client does not has an option to set the FTPClient.setDataTimeout(...) to an
actual time out value. The way it is implemented now is that the default is used, which is
to wait forever. This causes blocking of the ftp client when polling from our ftp server after
a few hours/days.

I suggest to add an additional dataTimeout option which could be used prevent this problem.
