Personally I did not verify with spec and assumed HV folks know what they say. Considering
what you said I don't see much benefits to go the "strict" way (unless it's not again the
spec), can you please elaborate the reasons?
In a project I'm involved in using interfaces is not an option and probably there are more
folks in the same situation.
