Subject [ANNOUNCE] Mark McKenna join as Apache Brooklyn committer and PMC member

You may have noticed recently m4rkmckenna making commits and merging pull
requests; Mark became a committer on 30th March at the invitation of the
Apache Brooklyn PMC[1].

Furthermore, last week the PMC decided to invite Mark to join the
committee, which he accepted, so he is now a member of the PMC.

[1] PMC is the Project Management Committee. A project management committee
(PMC) is a committee of the Apache Software Foundation charged with
responsibility and governance for their top level project. The PMC is the
