    Server details in version

    Merge after #42 
    Adds server URL to 'version' output, e.g.
    br version
    version: 0.11.0-SNAPSHOT
    server: http://localhost:8081
    br --json '$' version

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull server-details-in-version
