Subject [GitHub] brooklyn-server pull request #567: Add catalog "itemType" to the CatalogItem...
Date Tue, 21 Feb 2017 17:50:03 GMT
GitHub user tbouron opened a pull request:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/567

    Add catalog "itemType" to the CatalogItemSummary response from the REST API

    As for today, when a user submit catalog item(s), the UI redirects to the catalog page,
not to the newly created catalog item. This is due to the fact that the UI does not know what
type of catalog item has been created and therefore cannot redirect the user properly.

    As the title says, this adds the `itemType` field to the `CatalogItemSummary` object which
will allow to do that.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/tbouron/brooklyn-server fix/api-catalog-item-type

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/567.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #567
