    @jfknoepfli gave interesting feedback:  would be useful to be able to add/update elements
to catalog items/bundles .. eg `POST /catalog/ID/resources/img/logo.png`, supplying a new
(or changed) logo/content, and then `classpath://...` references in the blueprint point to
the new content -- something like an implicit bundle.
    
    maybe more useful / safer in a snapshot context but something to consider for making users'
lives easier, giving them this sort of incremental feature rather than require client-side
to ZIP everything each time.  i can see it also where the ZIP is huge and it's just the YAML
changing.  could be snapshot-only but with option to "publish snapshot as non-snapshot versioned
release".
