    Drop availability zone suffixes when configuring AWS regions

    This fixes the deployment of blueprints that give a specific availability zone as the
region. For example:
        region: us-east-1b
    - type: org.apache.brooklyn.entity.webapp.tomcat.Tomcat8Server

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull fix/aws-region

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    Fix AwsAvailabilityZoneExtensionTest
    testFindsZones looked for for specific zone names but they may not be
    available on a per-account basis.
