Subject Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Brooklyn 0.10.0 [rc1]
Date Tue, 06 Dec 2016 18:27:53 GMT
So I've tested the brooklyn-vagrant artifacts and whilst they do download
and deploy they are now using an EOL release, ubuntu/wily64.

I've made made a PR[1] which updates the vagrant YAML and scripts to use
Ubuntu Xenial for the Brooklyn server and CentOS 7 for the BYON nodes.
Ubuntu Xenial is LTS and supported until 2020 [2] and CentOS 7 is supported
until 2024 [3]. CentOS 7 seems to have better support than Ubuntu with the
core Brooklyn blueprints.

Would it be preferable to update to these?

Thanks

Duncan
