    request and set the csrf header protection added to brooklyn server

    Minor tweaks to opt-in to CSRF protection in Brooklyn UI
    
    NB requires https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/430
    (actually it will work fine without that, but it will be no-op)

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ahgittin/brooklyn-ui use-csrf-headers

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-ui/pull/37.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #37
