    These changes look good, so good to merge.
    
    @googlielmo (cc @neykov) I still worry a bit about the `jclouds-okhttp` driver. If someone
installs a newer version of `okio` 1.9.x then the `jclouds-okhttp` will presumably be restarted
and will bind to that newer version? Maybe we just live with that? Or is it too risky?!
