    Adds deprecated decorate method to preserve backwards compatibility

    Adds `#decorate(EntitySpec<?>, ConfigBag)` as an overloaded deprecated method in
`BrooklynEntityDecorationResolver` interface, for backwards compatibility.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull add-deprecated-decorate-method
