    Adds a target configuration to the SSH command executing member tracker

    Adds `ENTITY`, `MEMBER` and `ALL_MEMBERS` as targets.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/grkvlt/brooklyn-server add-target-ssh-tracking-policy

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/304.patch
