    Move tests temporary folders to the target folder

    On Windows some leftover files remain in the `osgi/cache` folder, triggering the rat plugin
failure. It's a temporary folder so move it to the build folder.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/neykov/brooklyn-server fix/rat-error-osgi-cache

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/293.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
