    Comment out catalog items coming from brooklyn-libraries in Karaf dist

    brooklyn-libraries features are not installed at boot so can't reference them in the default
catalog. The reason is that brooklyn-libraries is not yet built when the Karaf dist is assembled.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/neykov/brooklyn-server fix/library-classes

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/257.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #257
