What is the advantage of having `RemovalStrategy extends BasicConfigurableObject`? Are you expecting people to use (in yaml) the `$brooklyn:object` syntax to instantiate the removal strategy? (if so, they can use `brooklyn.config` within the `$brooklyn:object:`).
