    Resolve AddSensor and AddEffector config

    Resolves useful parameters of implementations of the `AddEffector` and `AddSensor` entity
initializers, meaning that their values can be sourced from DslComponents.
    
    Affects:
    * SshCommandEffector's command and executionDir
    * SshCommandSensor's command and executionDir
    * CreatePasswordSensor's passwordLength and acceptableChars
    * JmxAttributeSensor's objectName, attribute and defaultValue

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/sjcorbett/brooklyn-server resolve-initializer-config

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/brooklyn-server/pull/152.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
