This has nothing to do with the code or the community. The reason was an editorial error on my side, I used the wrong template and the last paragraph releasing the incubator from its responsibilities was missing from the resolution. It is unfortunate that nobody caught that, but the error is completely mine. We will resubmit in 4 weeks.
