    Fix: SetHostnameCustomizer error handling

    Adds support for MACHINE_FILTER, so you can tell it not to run against windows machines
etc. Default is only to run against `SshMachineLocation` machines.
    Also adds some tests for Exceptions (as I added an extra utility method there, to make
my test easier to write).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull fix/SetHostnameCustomizer-error-handling

    Adds SetHostnameCustomizer.MACHINE_FILTER config
    Defaults to only executing against machines of type SshMachineLocation.
    But can be set to exclude other machines as needed.
