This file contains the runtime bundles dependencies for each karaf "feature". As far as
I know there is work being done to automating the process from maven dependencies, but I'm
not sure.

For now I am focusing on creating a workable monolithic karaf feature that encompasses
brooklyn-core, the rest server and jsgui project. However, I expect this file to become more
and more slim and easier to read as we advance down the OSGi path.
